我付款给godaddy了，但是账户里面没有发现主机

求救啊，我是8.28早上买的主机，现在已经30号了，我的godaddy账户里面并没有显示这个主机。我给godaddy的客服反映这个问题。他们回复我如下：
Thank you for contacting Online Support. We are happy to assist with the inquiry.
Products purchased with Alipay may not be available for up to 13 hours while Alipay confirms the funds have been received. A receipt does not display until the product(s) are available in the account.

但是今天也没看到他退款过来啊  我28号早上买的...支付宝显示是成功的，就是godaddy账户里没这个主机

我问了，客服回答如下:
Due to its complex nature, your issue has been relayed to our Advanced Technical Support Team. Our most skilled technicians will be working to resolve your issue quickly and completely. You will be notified promptly upon resolution.
我已经问了2次了，前天也是这个回复，直道今天我也没收到他们技术部门的回复，我就又发邮件过去问，他们之后又copy了上面的这段话来回复我...唉，我急着用啊，打算在购买个，又怕到时候之前买的那个又有了，现在左右为难啊
