150G主机超负荷了，可是访问量没多少，怎么办啊？

收到一封自来networkviolations@godaddy.com的邮件，大概内容如下：
Dear Sir/Madam,

Regarding your hosting account abc.com:

It has come to our attention that your abc.com is causing an overload of the shared resources on this server. This, in turn, affects the server performance for other customers. Unfortunately, we are not able to troubleshoot custom scripting and therefore, we are not able to provide specific solutions. However, the application pool for your account has been observed using more then 300 MB of memory without releasing it for an extended period of time. In order to preserve the overall health of the server we have placed limitations on your application pool to cause it to recycle if it utilizes more then 100 MB of memory.

Potential causes of this issue can include, but are not limited to, non-optimized scripts, high traffic, form spamming, etc.

Continued over-utilization of the shared resources of the server may result in action including, but not limited to, the disabling of the offending services/processes or the suspension of services for that domain.

You will have until August 27, 2010, 12:00 pm MST to resolve this issue.

网站IP 1200左右，用的是动网的程序，难道那个很占资源吗？纠结啊~~~我不懂asp编程，真是不知所措。有没有谁能给点建议，万分感谢啊~~！！！

我回邮件说明我不懂程序，下面是他们的回复：
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Hosting Support.

It appears you are unable to determine what specifically in your abc.com hosting account is causing the memory issues. We unfortunately are unable to troubleshoot custom code, and as such are not able to provide specific solutions. What we can see is that the memory is being used up and not released, we do not see what specifically in your account is causing the issue.

From examining your account I do notice you are using a web application, though I cannot discern which one. I'd recommend referring to the website of the application's developer to see if you can track down the issues. If that fails, general research using a search engine may yield results. Lastly, if you are able to make changes that you believe may fix the issue, you can notify us and we will verify whether it worked or not.

网站上有cnzz的统计，google的统计，还有google的自定义搜索，不知道跟这些是否有关。

不清楚你的网站内容， 建议你关闭几个栏目， 挂个维护信息， 观察几天看看

（不是关闭网站，网站还是开着， 就是开放的栏目减少几个）

谢谢楼上~网站就是个小论坛，每天发帖也不过几十，IP两三百，因为我写了个小软件，里面放了一个网站的链接，所以IP就多了八九百，昨天把那个链接撤了，也没好转。
偶在跟Advanced Hosting Support沟通中，话说他们的回复速度还蛮快的说。有结果我会告诉大家，便于以后做参考~~
