登陆之后直接转到unlock account页面，可以提交附件，通过这里提交之后马上收到自动回复，Request Received - Incident ID 9694379   里面有一个工单号。。。。
在账号被锁定的同时ccinquiries@godaddy.com往信箱中发送一封邮件
内容：Thank you for being our valued customer. Due to suspicious purchase activity
in shopper account 38204476, your recent order(s) have been canceled
and refunded by our verification office. Please allow five to ten business days for
your financial institution to fully process the reimbursement.

If you feel this action has been taken against your shopper account in error, please
email our verification office at ccinquiries@godaddy.com. In your response,
please provide a brief explanation of how you intend to use the product(s) purchased
and have the payment method account holder provide us a clear, legible copy of his/her
government-issued, valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport.

A scanned image (under 1 MB in size) can be attached as a response to this message,

我也恢复这封邮件了，同样附带了付款人身份证以及中英文对照表，一样过了将近5天没回复，只收到一个Request Received - Incident ID的自动回复

其实一般直接申请退款多方便

关键是锁定了我的账户，退款之后再购买都成问题，不知道退款之后是不是继续锁定账户，估计应该是，另外去哪里申请退款？是否需要发邮件到godaddy的那个bill信箱？

最新情况，上午退款，晚上账户已经解锁，提供了付款人身份证以及身份证内容中英文对照表
