[提问] 申请退款后发来的邮件,有些地方不懂~

Thank you for contacting Online Support. We would be happy to request a refund for your order. However, we will need you to first cancel the item(s) in question. Once canceled, please reply to this email and we will submit your refund request.


Canceling your hosting account removes your website's files from our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.



To Cancel Your Hosting Account:




Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Click the domain name you want to use.

Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.

Click Cancel Account.



NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the domain name to be available for use again after you cancel your hosting account.



In order to issue a refund for an SSL we will first need you to revoke the certificate.

Please note: Revocation is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. This results in the instant and permanent cancellation of your certificate. If this is done more than 30 days from issuance, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Once a certificate has been issued, any refund is less a $15 admin fee for the resources and support required for the issuance process.

Please follow the instructions below to revoke your GoDaddy secure certificate:

Log into your Secure Certificate Manager: https://certs.godaddy.com

Under "Manage Current Certificates" click the common name that requires revocation

Click the Revoke Icon in the toolbar near the top of the page

In the Revocation Reason: box enter the reason for the revocation request

Click Cancel* or Confirm**

*Clicking Cancel will cancel the revocation request

**Clicking Confirm will permanently revoke your current digital certificate

Click Done at the bottom of the page

Log out of your Go Daddy SSL account

To initiate a refund, please send us the receipt number for the revoked certificate purchase and the 4 digit support PIN on your account.

需要先删除产品才退款, 退款参考 GoDaddy退款教程
