新买空间ftp上传太慢,文件大过500K就卡死,联系客服英语咋写.以前买的老空间都比它快

Upon reviewing your customer account, it appears as though you have tried to recently modify the domain on the hosting account, which could possibly be causing issues with FTP. You may want to try to FTP to your hosting by using the IP address instead of the domain name to possibly alleviate the issue.

To Locate Your Hosting IP Address

Log in to your Account Manager.

From the Products section, click Web Hosting.

Next to the hosting account you want to use, click the Launch button.

Your IP address displays in the Server IP Address field.

If you continue to experience issues, please respond to this message with any errors you are receiving, as well as the FTP error logs and any commands you have used to connect, and we will further troubleshoot the issue.

Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.

我用的就是IP地址,难到用共享的,不用SSL带的吗

登录控制面板查看你的IP是否发生变化了. 用独立ip

官方的说法是你更换域名, 这个可能导致了FTP问题
