款子是肯定会退给你的，但是前提是你要提供他们需要的材料。你是不是没提供？

billing是工作日上班的。不是24小时在线的。
就我们退款的经验来说，从来没有要求退款而没有得到回复的情况。
他最后一封信有答应给你退款么？怎么说的？转来看看

你登录你的lunarpages helpdsk可以看到你issue的处理进展。
不要重复提交，重复提交会降低处理速度，只在一个issue回复就可以了
