[提问] 谁能帮我翻译一下回信吗?

8月7日我从L主机更换到W主机.发现IP不能用.就从W主机换回L主机.....已经过了72小时还未激活.我发邮件问他们.他们回了个这信.这又过了42小时了还未帮我处理好.不知道什么回事.谁帮我翻译一下.

有一个星期? 超过24小时再搞不好, 就说 The issue is over 7days , please resolve ASAP .
