杯具!!今天中招了,买Gift卡后GoDaddy账号被锁

今天注册了个新账号, 名字,地址,国家都是真实的,并且与支付宝姓名一致,支付宝还实名认证过并有数字证书.
在买了一张Gift Card后,四小时没收到邮件, 然后收到一封什么请求响应邮件,
