换IP疑问

求助，我的IP被封了，换了一个IP，不是独立IP，我购买了SSL，也安装了，发给我的是普通IP，换了3次IP是变了，都是普通IP，是怎么回事

72.167.232.209.这个是共享IP吧。。。你SSL证书配置好了没，进入SSL管理有个transfer的，点你的证书，transfer到服务器就换IP了，我上次是这样改的

看截图ssl已经安装了, 但是没有独立ip
联系GoDaddy客服说, why I can't find my dedicated IP adress of ssl ?
