Godaddy发布文章、成生静态页时常出现Internal Server Error

我的150G独立IP的Godaddy空间，最近一段时间，打开html静态页面没有任何问题。
我使用的程序是dedecms，两个版本使用生成静态页、发布文章时经常出现Internal Server Error。
我的网站访问量非常小，不知道什么原因，生成rss有时都这样，不知如何解决。

是Linux的还是Windows ？
Linux的考虑
在服务器控制面板中选择Settings>>File Extension>>Default Extension 列表里有个.php 然后编辑，选择php5.x(默认的是php5.x FastCGI) 保存

Linux的，但我看到默认的.php就是php5.x啊，而且根本都没有php5.x FastCGI这个选项。
