godaddy退款的回复！帮我看看是什么意思。。。

我7月6日就申请了退款了，因为很长时间没到我信用卡，于是我昨天提交了问题。补充一下我是用信用卡自动续费的。所以要退款。
他们回复如下：
Thank you for contacting Online Support.

In order to properly support this issue we will need to reveal account specific information. Before we can give out any information on the account, we will need to verify the 4 digit Support PIN on the account. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If a refund was issued on July 6th, it should only take 5-7 days to post to the original payment method used for purchase. If you still have not received a refund after this time frame, you will want to contact your financial institution to ascertain why they have not credited the funds to your account with them.

Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.

我今天凌晨2点购买，明明购买的是windows但最后竟然变成了Linux，而此时我已经付完款了。。

用支付宝支付的。。所以搜索了一下退货的教程。。。

发过去后，有收到一封应该是他们系统自动发过来的邮件，第一句好像和楼主的第一句英文相同，
好像有说24小时内会回复。。我大概凌晨4点多操作的，现在13：40分了。。。

那个PIN码这么重要吗？怎么没要我提交？？
不过我是下错订单，才退单了的，
