  6. In order to properly support this issue we will need to reveal account specific information. Before we can give out any information on the account, we will need to verify the 4 digit Support PIN on the account. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

  7. Use the instructions below to locate the 4-digit Support PIN for your account. You may also modify this setting using these instructions:

  8. • Select 'Account Settings' from the 'My Account' menu
  9. • Click on the 'Account Security Information' link
  10. • Confirm your email address in the 'confirm Email' field
  11. • Enter in your password in the 'Current Password' field
  12. • In the space marked 'Call-in PIN', enter a 4-digit number that you will supply to our Customer Service or Technical Support Representatives in order to verify your identity and customer account
  13. • When you are done, click on the green 'Save Changes' button

  14. It appears that the screenshot you have provided regarding the second issue was only a temporary error. You can clear your cache and cookies, reload your browser, and attempt this again.


  15. Hosting History is a feature in Linux shared hosting that allows you to restore files or directories to their previous state from up to 30 days ago using the File Manager.



  16. Restore a File or Directory




  17. Log in to your Account Manager.


  18. From the Products section, click Web Hosting.


  19. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.


  20. In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the File Manager icon. Then click the History button.


  21. Use the directory tree to navigate to where the file or folder resides that you want to restore.


  22. Below the toolbar, click the calendar icon to open the Quick Pick
  23. Calendar and select the date where you would like the file or folder
  24. restored. The directory list will refresh and display the version of
  25. your hosting account from the date selected.


  26. Click the check box next to the file or folder you want to restore and click Restore in the tool bar.


  27. In the Restore Files or Directories pop-in, select if you want the
  28. files to be copied to a new directory, or if you want to rename the
  29. files. When you're finished, click OK.




  30. Your files will be restored with the attributes you selected.
