云主机绑定域名和目录生效后还不能访问的解释

You've stated that it takes approximately 20 minutes after a subdomain enters setup status for it to become visible on the web. This delay is to be expected on our grid servers. The way the grid system is set up it can take sometimes even up to an hour or two before a newly added subdomain or alias domain to become visible on the web. Unfortunately this is due to the way our grid servers are configured and it's not something that can be changed or improved.

不同于以前的GD主机，云主机在绑定域名的目录生效由"pending"变成"setup"后，还需要时间去完成设置文件在集群服务器的传输。所以就会出现解析域名到主机的ip了，但访问的还是根目录的问题。
请耐心等待吧。

我又有几个域名绑定超过72小时了，不过我在25小时就发信了，之间GD又提交高级技术支持，今早我又催了下，现在得到下面的答复：

Service will return to normal as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to give a specific time frame for this resolution. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter and we apologize for any inconvenience.

难不成不反应，就不会引起他们的attention？
下次大家碰到问题，尽快提交GD，好让他们发现问题。
