[评测] GD的硬件出了些故障,来信致歉了

A few days ago, we experienced some hardware issues with one of our storage devices that might have affected the performance of your site(s):

We are working with our hardware vendor to resolve the issues. In the meantime, we are moving all potentially affected sites to new servers.

The migration could take up to 72 hours to complete. During the migration, you might experience a disruption when uploading files to your hosting account. Visitors, however, will still be able to access and use your website, and no data on your website will be lost.

是的。哈哈。这两个月免费增加了2个月服务器了。
上个月也是碰到设置故障,居然处理了8天。不过那次是我主动写信要赔偿1个月的。这次他们主动提出,而且硬件故障,我根本没发觉。
不过我知道昨晚的系统平均负载非常高。

一点经验,掌握英语很重要,特别是出问题时。
第一时间把问题报告给GD,然后可以向技术人员分析大概问题出在哪里,用英语告诉他们,他们快速解决问题了而不是通过几次来信问答,他们会很感激的。

因为出了问题,第一时间反馈信息,也是减少他们客户的流失,在帮他们赚钱。

主机也是有磁盘阵列的,不用担心。
国内的主机,就难说了,除非很贵的那种。
