是要寄給他們信用卡還是身分證的照片?

一般提供身份证就可以了,有护照最好
信用卡如果他需要扫描件为了安全要把cvv码和末4位卡号掩盖掉

联系他们一下,他们会告诉你需要提供哪些内容

linux的主机很多,windows的不多,不知道你需要什么操作系统的
