I try to bakckup Database Name "######" again,but the result is still "######.sql - Not Successful Please contactcustomer support".

6月28日提交第一次，
这几天又发了几次催他们，今早得到另外这个答复。。

一般得到这个回复应该就快了. 或者你可以登录数据库管理面板 进行备份操作呢
