Recently it has come to our attention that a small number of our customers did not receive timely refunds for canceled products purchased via Alipay due to changes in their international refund policies. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Unfortunately, the refund of $44.75 on order #209528255R was issued 90 days after the original sale, so, in compliance with Alipay's refund policy, we are not able to post the refund to your Alipay account. As a gesture of goodwill, we are providing you with a Gift Card in the amount of the previously processed refund. Should you have any questions about Alipay's policies please contact them directly at http://www.alipay.com.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter and as always thank you for your business and support.
