悲剧支付宝不支持部分退款！

我是买的1 DELUXE PLAN + 1 SSL +2 域名这样的组合，昨天写信去问了可只退主机不，今天看到回信大概意思是说支付宝付款不支持部分退款？难道马哥长得就这么遭老外歧视？

Often can not access my website recently in China,
I purchased 1 DELUXE PLAN + 1 SSL +2 domain names, and used the discount code,I used Alipay payments.
A question,I just only want to apply for a refund host,
Can I ? And what can I do ?
