Thank you for contacting Online Support.  After reviewing your account, I can see that you have paid for your order using Alipay.  Currently, partial refunds are not able to be applied to orders that used Alipay.  If you would like, you could purchase a different hosting service in your account and we can apply a credit move to be applied to that new plan.  Once you've purchased and setup a new plan, please reply to this email so that we can submit the request.

Keep in mind that China's government and ISP's have many websites and IP addresses blocked from being viewed. It is likely that this is the reason you cannot see it from in China. This is also not something that we can fix, since it is not us that is blocking the site.

Please note: Since this issue is likely related to selective blocking of IP addresses on your ISP's part, this can cause you to not see one website but still be able to see another. This is why it is an ISP issue. We cannot unblock servers on a system that we do not have the ability to make changes on (your ISP's proxy, for example).

还说到 可以给你把主机时间加到另外的一个主机上

如果执意退款的话,可以回复说愿意另外支付一笔钱,而使这笔交易退款

不过你可以购买其他的产品，只要你回复这个邮件，他们会处理你的请求。

支付宝不支持部分退款, 你的情况又不属于全额退款的条件
所以可以另外支付一笔钱,然后让那笔交易全额退款
