Per our conversation, here is what is happening on your account at the present time.

Regarding down grade, you should refund me the extra money: With downgrades, we apply the remaining funds to the new plan. In your case, you had an additional $6.02 left over from the difference in cost between the Deluxe Plan & the Economy Plan you are now on. We have applied the $6.02 credit to your Economy Hosting Plan.

Regarding ssl, I should have a dedicated ip, but now, it is a share ip: The SSL is in the process of being installed on the server. This is an event that can take 24-72 hours to complete. Upon its completion, the hosting account will be changed to the dedicated IP address. This event should complete within 24 hours. If it doesn not, please contact us back.

Regarding file manager, when i get in, it can never open the file, it shows me that Could not get directory info: You have a plan change in process (downgrading from Deluxe to Econ), & the addition of Virtual Directories to the hosting account. These events can take 24-48 hours to complete on the server. You will not be able to access the file manager during this time & this would be why you are getting the error "could not display directory info". These events should complete within 24 hours, if they do not, please contact us back.
