安装WP怎么会500错误的？

我开了一个免费的WIN空间

IIS7.0的

把WP程序上传

点击链接准备安装

却发现

为什么会提示500错误的呢？

输入不存在的页面，返回404，这个正常

下载上传了，但是安装的时候提示
