前天根据论坛的退款流程，退款了。今天收到以下邮件。请问一下是不是godaddy确认退款的邮件？？？

收到这封邮件就代表退款已经在处理了吗？

还有我买了一个独立IP，一个Linux主机，一个.com域名(2年)，使用1个月了。

域名是不能退款了吧？
是不是域名cancel掉了还能在其它服务商那注册？
