Hello，

I am one of your webhosting customers, my username is: XXX.

Recently the connection to my website(hosted with GoDaddy) is very unstable. My users and I sometimes found it is very hard to access my website. I tried Ping my website, it appeared more than half times the Ping packages are lost. Below is the result of "Tracert domain name(domain name替换为你自己的域名)".

I called my ISP, China Telecom, The biggest ISP in China. They explain that they have nothing to do with the issue: According to the Tracect results, Godaddy, or maybe Above.net should be responsible for the problem.

The problem has been lasting almost 1 month, which really drives crazy. I have lost a lot users of my website due to the connection problem.

Please do take some investigations to this problem! As I know it does not only affect to me, but also other China users of Godaddy!
