Thank you for contacting online support. In order to move your site to a European Server, you will need to purchase a new hosting account and manually migrate your websites to the new server. We will need to add the European Server to your shopping cart online on your behalf; if you would like us to place the new European hosting plan in your online shopping cart, please respond with the following information:
Your 4-digit support PIN
The type of hosting account you would like to purchase (ie - European Deluxe Linux, European Economy Linux, European Unlimited Windows, etc)
The Length of time you would like to purchase the hosting account for (please note, that you may purchase the new hosting account for the minimum amount of time and have us apply the time from the old hosting account once it has been canceled)
Once we have the requested information, we will add the European hosting plan to your shopping cart so that you may complete the purchase online.
Use the instructions below to locate the 4-digit Support PIN for your account. You may also modify this setting using these instructions:
• Select 'Account Settings' from the 'My Account' menu
• Click on the 'Account Security Information' link
• Confirm your email address in the 'confirm Email' field
• Enter in your password in the 'Current Password' field
• In the space marked 'Call-in PIN', enter a 4-digit number that you will supply to our Customer Service or Technical Support Representatives in order to verify your identity and customer account
• When you are done, click on the green 'Save Changes' button
