I understand you have canceled your hosting. We have completed a request for a refund to be applied to your account for the canceled hosting. All refund requests must be reviewed for final approval by our billing department. Please allow up to 48 hours for the request to be processed and for the refunded receipt to appear in the Order History of your account. If it is not approved, you will receive a denial notification at which time you can respond to this email for further review. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation of the refund.
Once the refunded receipt appears in your account, please allow 5-7 business days to see the funds applied to the associated payment method. If we are not able to process a refund to the original payment method for this service you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
