退款之后收到邮件,请大侠帮我看看什么意思

前几天买了个GD 150G 的空间,IP是亚太的,ping延迟最低600多 高的时候 1000多,杯具了,所以今天就按照教程退款了,但教程最后一布GD会过来确定邮箱,下面的不是我收到的,是教程里说能收到这个邮件,而我收到的是最后那堆英文,有什么区别吗。- Support Staff Response
