Your certificate request for www.xxxx.com has been denied by a Registration Authority (RA) associate. The requested certificate cannot be issued.

You may restore your credit and resubmit your request when you are ready to respond to the validation steps.

Please follow the instructions below to restore and resubmit:

    * Access your Secure Certificate Manager by logging in to the account where you purchased your certificate, click the "Manage SSL Certificates" link, then click the "Manage Certificate" link
    * Click on the word "denied" that appears next to your website address
    * Click the red stop sign on the right side
    * Click on the link noting "Remove this item from the list and restore the credit."
    * The screen will refresh and you will now display an available credit
    * Click on the radio button next to the available credit and resubmit the application
