May we ask why you are canceling your account?
To cancel your account and have a refund issued, please verify you are the account's owner by replying with the last four characters of the cPanel login password and the last four digits of the credit card used for the most recent hosting payment. If you paid with PayPal, please reply with the Invoice Number for that payment in place of the credit card number. This is for security purposes. Please note, the refund will be issued back to the credit card with which the service was purchased.
When a cancellation is processed, we delete all of the content from the account. This includes emails, files and databases. Once they have been deleted, there is not a possibility of restoration. Please confirm you have backed up all necessary files before we process the cancellation.
If you have any domains registered through us and wish to continue to have Bluehost renew your domains, simply keep your domains on the default auto renew setting. Domain registrations are $10.00 each per year. Privacy is an additional $4.95 per domain per year. All domains kept on the default auto renewal setting attempt renew 15 days prior to expiration.
If you do not wish to have the domain(s) auto renew, we can update the settings so that the domain name(s) are set to manual renew or to expire. Please specify.
The hosting cancellation will not be processed until we receive both the requested account verification and confirmation stating you have made backups. We await your reply
