Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

是不是修改过文件夹权限？

是的，按照DZ说明修改的，在国内主机都安装成功的

注意: 很多程序的说明中要求设置某些文件夹权限为777,但是在Lunarpages的主机上请不要更改任何文件夹的权限.原因: 修改文件夹权限为777是为了获得写入权限,而lunarpages主机安装的是suPHP,以属主身份运行,文件夹为755时就拥有写入权限.如果修改为777可能导致属主更改从而出现内部服务器错误.
正确的: 文件夹权限为755 文件权限为644 如果发现传上去的文件夹权限错误需要改正.
