购买LP空间信用卡支付要求提供信用卡和身份证复印件，我以经用邮件发送过去，但是好像说没收到，请求帮忙看下该怎么回信

A technician responded to your ticket with:

Hello,

I have checked this ticket and there are no attachments to your replies. It is possible that the attachment are being filtered as spam. Are you using a long filename with spaces in the name? Are you attaching a zip file?

他们的意思是没有收到你的附件.
你可以把附件添加到邮件正文, 或者直接添加附件, 不要打包
ps,是不是文件太大了? 这个你可以处理下

可是我发送过几次了都没成吗，我也用PS处理过才30KB的文件也发送过，都收不到的吗？怎么回事呢，都不知道怎么弄了，昨天买的现在都还在搞这个，不知道怎么办了

有可能被防垃圾邮件系统过滤了。
您的文件名是否很长并包含空格？您传的文件压缩了吗？

文件名就放了三个字母，另外我也没有压缩，直接用JPG的格式添加的附件。现在还是没有给我开通。该怎么办呢？又不懂英
