是人，不是电脑。 只不过他似乎听不懂你的话， 可能是你的语法和发达方式有问题。

比如你问的这句： What control panel do you use and do you have a demo?
相对好一点的问法是： Which control panel will I have if I buy a webhosting with you? And is there a demo how to use the panel?

比如这句：Hello, may I ask the max connections of mySQL?
相对好一点的问法是：Is there any limitations for MySQL resource? for example the max connections?
