我真服了！！都多少天了呀！！
再就是我既然是你们代够的你们应该帮助退款吧！！跟何况要是退款的话还要扣除５０元手续费！这手续费是干什么用的呀！！
帮帮忙呀！！别让ＲＭＢ无偿外流呀！！

信没问题，我们提交也是一样的

提交的时候要把它和你原来那个退款的放到一个ticket里面，或者发邮件的时候包含退款的那个ticket号码，就是直接回复那封邮件
