Hello,

I would like to thank you for the traceroute, apparently we have a few chinese customers having latency issues which report back with traceroutes that does indicate that CHINANET's backbone is having issues at this time.

Please observe:

6 31 ms 30 ms 30 ms 202.97.34.142
7 327 ms 249 ms 265 ms 202.97.51.258

Look at hop 6 you see the latency is quite acceptable and is a normal delay between transmission.

But when you see hop 7 there is a definate high amount of latency, which from tracing the IP address through a whois lookup it is CHINANET's backbone which you will need to inform CHINANET of the issue and provide the data you have provided us so they see that there are some issues in their network.
