问一下cPanel用户名是进入FTP空间的用户名一样吗？
还有邮寄地址指的是电子信箱还是户口本地址？

为了证明你是帐户的主人, 他们需要你的 cPanel /Plesk用户名, 和你注册时使用的域名. 以及帐户资料中的信用卡最后4位.
如果你不能提供信用卡后四位, 则需要追加帐户密码的第一个字母和最后一个字母, 你登记的地址,以及电话号码

My cPanel/Plesk username is  (你的用户名)
The Primary domain name:  (你的主域名)
The first character of the password is "密码第一个字符" and the last character is "密码最后一个字符"
my mailing address is: (你的地址,请填写你注册时写的那个)
my phone number is: 你的手机号码

用户名指的是注册时使用的我的实名还是登陆空间的ID？主域名是不是我的网站的网址？
