能不能帮忙中文翻译英文？（已解決問題）

请求高手帮忙把下面中文翻译英文：

我刚刚购买你们的虚拟主机。现在有一个严重问题：我这里每天都会出现一段时间无法访问我的网站，同时无法访问你们的网站，以及无法ftp连接上我的空间。
我是生活在中国北京，出现每天出现这个问题大概在北京时间上午10-11点，也就是你们美国时间下午7-9点。 在这短时间，我访问其他国外网站都很正常。
不知道为什么？

I just order your host for sometime. Now there is a problem, I can access to my website everyday for somtime. Meanwhile, I can't access to your website and can't login via ftp. I am live in Beijing,China. The duration is about 10~11 am.

However, during this time, I can access any other foreign site as usual. Can you help me to find out the reason?

Hi there,

I recently purchased you VPS plan, and am now experiencing a problem.   
Each day, there is a certain period which I can not access neither my website or your company's website.   And FTP function is also down during that moment.
I am in Beijing, China.    The issue usually occurs around 10:00-11:00 AM here （10:00-11:00 PM  New York time (EST).
At the same time during this issue,  I can access other foreign website without any problem.

I am much appreciate for your help on the urgent issue.

Recently I just open a webhosting account with you. There are a strange problem occurred, that is, everyday there is a certain period time I can't reach the server, both http and ftp. it usually happens at AM10:00-11:00, as PM7:00-8:00 your time if I am not wrong. During these "down" time, I can normally reach other websites that located in USA.
I am not sure where the problem is. So I wonder if you have any idea may could help?
