拒绝更换服务器，怎么办？

The traceroute you have provided indicates a good connection to the server. Your server is also currently loading quickly for me (both on your account and other website on the server). Was this traceroute taken when you were experiencing issues with this? Does this occur with your website as a whole or only specific pages? If this only occurs at specific pages, please provide the link(s) where this occurs.

Sporadic issues can be difficult to track down, as they are not easily duplicated by technicians when you experience the issue. If these sporadic errors continue to occur, please provide at least 3 exact times (along with the date and timezone) when this occurs along with the following for each of the 3 occurrances:

-A link to the page where this error occurs.
-Any exact errors you receive at the time.
-A traceroute to your domain when this occurs.

Once we have these specific times, we can compare these times to the server logs to track down any issues that may be occurring.

他的意思是通过测试，表明我使用速度很好。可是现在的问题是74.50.16.55这台机器针对网通速度确实不错，但针对电信的速度非常差，我应该怎么和他们说才能更换？

他让我提供上面3种情况，事实上我现在使用这款机器很少会出现上面三种情况，我网通的线路使用比较流畅。但问题是我的电信用户访问速度超慢。。这种情况请问用英语怎么交涉啊。。郁闷。。

美国那边肯定不懂什么叫中国电信，什么叫中国网通，他们只看tracert 判断。

所以你要考虑下如何和他们交涉，组织好语言发帖到英文翻译版请版主帮忙
