I am sorry for the delay in processing your refund. Thank you for confirming the alipay account for us. For security reasons, we have to verify that before we can proceed with the refund.

In order to proceed with the refund, the domain xtulip.com from FREE to PAID. You can request us to do this or you can do it from your side by going to the domain registration area of the control panel.

When you change this domain from FREE to PAID it will result in a prorated charge. You will be entitled then to the entire purchase price minus the prorated cost for the domain ($18.69).
