我于8/24日购买主机的同时购买了独立IP,为什么到现在都还没收到独立IP的相关邮件?另外还购买了JSP服务,请问如何开通.谢谢.

Since 24th of Aug I have purchased a host computer along with a individual IP, and the individual IP till now it has not arrived at all, and there aren't any emails regarding about this. Along as well I have purchased the JSP service, could you please tell me how to start it up, thank you !
