太倒霉了在name注册的域名竟然被删除了

在name注册了一个域名用了几天之后他们吧我域名删除了钱也没退给我我现在改怎么搞呢

账户也被限制了。

这是他们回我的邮件，可是我写的地址手机号码都是正确的。

As stated in our previous emails to you. Because the transaction was declined, no funds were captured. Your bank should be releasing the money back to you within the next 5 business days.

Again, you were not charged for the domain.
