帐户是如上信息，我开始用那个777的优惠码，他没通过也没激活，但是给我改成优惠50刀了，我就要求退款了，现在出现这个提示，欠款69.40，晕，我信用卡好像没扣钱（信用卡的帐单还没出来，里面有别的空间的支付，钱混一起了，不知道具体支付了没有），，上面那个信息是提示我退款成功了吗？各位帮我看看
