前一封的意思是 Kevin 已经把这个case送去给有关的部门了,也就是说把皮球踢走了。
下面的那封的意思是说要你提供信用卡的号码和最后三位数,还有等等其他的一些资料,这样可以把钱退给你。
强烈建议不要使用IX得服务,拿了钱就把客户不当回事情了。 |
