The total cost for the plan is $59.40 for a year of hosting. At the time of your request, you have used roughly 4 months of hosting which is about $19.80. This leaves you with $39.60.

In addition, you received a $10 discount at the time of your purchase.
This takes you down to $29.60.

In order to cancel, your domain registration will need to be changed from FREE to PAID. This will result in a a charge of $17.22 which will be subtracted from your refund. This will leave you with $12.38.

Finally, according to the terms of service, any account canceled after the first 30 days is subject to a set up fee of $30. This takes you to  a negative balance of $17.62.

We will waive this fee so that you do not have to pay it. I hope that this helps you understand why you will not receive a refund to your account.
