我买域名误操作成转域名了 要求退款 我写的信是

I understand you have a question about obtaining a refund for the purchase of the domain name pct.com. This domain name is not registered with us. If you are referring to the transfer that you purchased, it was for the domain name PST.COM. We would be happy to request a refund for your order. However, we will need you to first cancel the transfer in question. Once the transfer has been canceled, please reply with 4 digit Support PIN on the account.

To cancel your transfer, please use the following instructions:

First, log into your account:

Go to our homepage.
Select 'My Account' from the top of the page.
Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password.

If you have trouble logging in, our Account Retrieval System may help you. You can use this to retrieve your customer number and/or reset your customer account password. You can find this system by selecting 'Click Here' next to 'Forgot Your Password?' on the 'My Account' login page.

Once logged in, follow these steps:

Select 'Domain Manager' from the 'My Products' menu.
Select 'Pending Transfers' from the 'Domains' dropdown.
Check the box next to the domain(s) that you would like to cancel.
Click the 'Cancel Selected' button from the menu above.
Click 'Ok' to confirm the cancellation.

取消转移步骤：
1、登陆首页，2、选择页头的'My Account'，用账户名和密码登陆
登陆后，
选择'My Products' 菜单下的'Domain Manager' 选项。
选择Domains下拉菜单的'Pending Transfers'项目
在您想要取消转移的域名旁边，点击选框
点击菜单上面的'Cancel Selected'按钮
点ok，确认取消
