Hello,

A dedicated IP is not included in the cost of your hosting. We can provide you with a dedicated IP for $2.50 per month billable in one lump for the remainder of your term.

To purchase a dedicated IP online, login to CAP (Customer Account Page) at https://account.lunarpages.com with your cPanel or Plesk username and password, then choose the Upgrades / Addons Menu.

You may also reply to this ticket with the information, including the last 4
digits of the credit card on file, and we can upgrade your account.

Note: It may take a few days for the dedicated IP to be assigned. We will email you at the address on file for your account with the new IP address when it's assigned.

终于收到购买IP的邮件了，但进入控制面板的Upgrades / Addons Menu并没有看到任何信息。然而要我提供信用卡后面的四位数字，但我没有，该怎么办？

在Upgrades / Addons Menu面板只有这个信息：
We apologize but this section is only available to customers who pay via credit card or e-check

没有购买IP的产品。
