前天发邮件给HM要求续费，今天收到回复了？好像事情不对？

我的空间前几天说逾期未续费被关闭，所以我重新发了一个ticket给他们要求续费，可是收到他们这样的答复：

We apologize for this inconvenience, however we have received a chargeback notification from your credit card company stating that the card owner claimed the most recent hosting renewal as a fraudulent charge.  We do not tolerate fraudulent activity with our company and therefore your site was deactivated.  Since the funds have been taken back by the credit card company, in order to reactivate the account you will need to verify that you are the account owner and pay the chargeback amount and billing service fee, which totals: $157.40.

To authorize payment, please fax or email a copy of the front and back of the credit card which was charged, a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the card, and a different credit card to which we may charge the fees.  Please fax to: 801 765-1992, or reply to this email with the attachments.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
