I'd got feedback from their service asking some questions for the problem and I answered , it's impressive they are fast in response.

it seems that some problems with my account. the service forward my ticket to their senior technical guys.

after two days, yes, it's today (monday), I finally got their response to let me try again.

I can login successfully.

it's cool

I'd set the DNS and it may think me some time, i think maybe tomorrow would be OK.

A thanks letter to them and I was told the dedicated IP may be assigned in a few days.

I am satisfied with their service and I think the 2 days no correspondence should be the reason of weekend.

我直接在自己博客写了英文就没有写中文了，呵呵

很快我就得到了他们的回复，技术支持的服务还是很好的。

我的账户登陆不了可能是设置的问题，周六的时候客服人员问了我几个问题，然后让我耐心等待，因为他们暂时解决不了，把问题反馈给高级技术人员了。

后面还跟了一个邮件说是很抱歉不能马上解决。

周一也就是今天我催了一个邮件，很快我收到了回复，（美国时间应该刚上班）让我再试一下。

一切OK

我设置了DNS解析，明天估计应该好了

有个问题，程序上传速度确实比较慢，准备通宵传看能传多少，有500M数据
