godaddy锁了我的账号和域名，给我造成重大损失！

如题，我前几周在godaddy上注册了个账号，先后用支付宝买了一些域名。上周给这几个域名建立了godaddy附带的免费主机，数据库和邮箱，还只是默认欢迎页面，什么都还没装。
第二天早上就收到一封邮件说我的账号在那次购买行为有可疑，锁定了我的账号，并将我购买域名的钱退回了我的支付宝上。其邮件如下所示。
Thank you for being our valued customer. Due to suspicious purchase activity
in shopper account ********, your recent order(s) have been canceled
and refunded by our verification office. Please allow five to ten business days for
your financial institution to fully process the reimbursement.

If you feel this action has been taken against your shopper account in error, please
email our verification office at ccinquiries@godaddy.com. In your response,
please provide a brief explanation of how you intend to use the product(s) purchased
and have the payment method account holder provide us a clear, legible copy of his/her
government-issued, valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport.

看到这邮件后，我先回了一封邮件详细解释（口语不行），还附上我的支付宝购买记录的截图，然后等2天没反应，后来我上支付宝一看，款已经退回给我了。然后我发现后来刚买的域名已经被取消注册，其中几个还立马被别人抢注了！之前较早买的域名倒是没取消注册，但是通过whois可以看到我购买的部分域名的状态是：

我发了几封邮件去问，godaddy总是不怎么搭理，最后回了封邮件如下：
Due to the account activity we will no longer be able to assist you. Please contact another registrar
for your future business needs.
然后再发任何邮件都不理会了。

我想来想去搞不明白问题出在哪里，我在注册时使用的是英文名，我的支付宝是实名的。购买后几周godaddy也没有管我，我一建空间准备使用就立马出了这回事。整个过程，godaddy没有给我解释到底为什么锁我账号？在邮件沟通的过程中，非常拖延敷衍。难道说店大了就欺客？
godaddy=顾客的god+顾客的daddy ?

没搞懂。godaddy已经不要你在他们那里注册了，喊你换个注册商继续你的商业需要。

其实我还从来没在godaddy买域名。

注册信息和支付宝用户名不一致造成的, 这样有欺诈嫌疑
使用gift card付款就不会有这个问题了, 或者就老老实实用真实信息注册

比如我支付宝名字是 张艳
那我注册信息应该怎么填？ First Name 为 YAN , Last name为 ZHANG
是这样吗？
其它的信息，像地址电话那些呢

还有这些被退款的域名，现在的状态都是这样。

他们的注册时间和到期时间都是和原来我注册的一样。 我换个邮箱去问，他答复如下：
This name is currently on hold awaiting resolution with a previous registrant. The name may be available, depending on the outcome, approximately 180 days from the original dispute date. Please search for the domain name at http://auctions.godaddy.com if you still have interest in this name at that time.

那么，到了那个时候，这些域名是被删除了供别人注册，还是说会被godaddy放入他的拍卖系统里？

这个域名应该是被注册商限制了
之前你提供给他们自己的身份证过去应该就可以解决这个问题

根据上面英文的提示，我看还是可以再联系godaddy解释下，可以到翻译版请版主给你翻译。

姓名就 zhang yan 就行了。没那么多麻烦事。什么地址，电话都可以不填的其实。

你有信用卡，不如到name.com 去买，还有whois隐藏呢，也不会遇到这种麻烦事。

我发了数码相机照的过去了，它收到后几天也没说怎么处理，然后就直接退款给我了。

被限制？不是很明白，假如它以后不再管我。这些域名是在6个月后还是直到一年后到期？ 是被删除了供别人注册，还是说会被godaddy放入他的拍卖系统里。

因为我还想再把它们注册回来。

呃。。。我当时就是因为它支持支付宝才在它那买的，第一次买也不懂要真名注册信息。目前信用卡还没办下来，倒是刚搞定了paypal余额。
