备注：2月份一个网站被“zero”，到现在还没恢复呢，前两天这个也被“zero”。我回复问“How can I recover my database? ”没人回应。

本人英语水平不太好，希望各位兄弟能告诉我怎么问他们，才能把现在这个数据库给我恢复回来，我还没备份过呢。
