感觉bluehost的客服服务很一般

我先说说我的情况,我跟他们反映的不是最近的level3慢的问题,而是网站因为负载过高导致无法访问,好几次不能访问,用ssh或者探针都可以看到负载已经超过70~86以上,我的几个站点都是小站,也没有用什么占用资源的程序,跟他们发了ticket,发了四个了,一会儿要我说明不能上的时间,一会儿要说明故障详细情况,一会儿要我联系我的isp,完全无视我提到的负载问题,我今天甚至截图发上去了,他们还在忽悠我,实在很郁闷。

我发的email,英文不好,让朋友帮忙翻译的:

The web sites can't access is not last all day,yestoday(19/3) from 11:35 AM(GMT+8),it last about half hour.Then i try to use SSH to login my host,the FTP and ping host are normal,but when i use SSH to check the system load average,the system load avreage spread aroud 86,i think it's abnormal.This situation in the week often happen.My web sites did not take up a lot of resources.so , i think it maybe other share host users cause the improper situation.It makes me troubled,pls help to check the reasons.Best regards

今天发的ticket,忘记保存下来,内容也是类似,并且说明打开的时候是503错误,Service unavailable,还特地把ssh登陆查看负载的截图发上去。

I tried your sites and they all came up.  Unfortunately the problem you are describing, needs to be addressed at the time it is happening.
There are many reasons why your site could appear to be down, so may I suggest the following steps if you think your site is down?



1. Go to downforeveryoneorjustme.com - this is a 3rd party tool we have found to be very useful.  If it says that it is just you, contact your ISP.  There may be a problem with the way they have your request routed to our server or they may be experiencing issues with their own servers.  A trace route can confirm this problem.  For instructions on how to run a trace route go to http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/kb/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&id=269



If it says that your site is down, please go to step 2.



2.  Please contact us by phone or live chat (available from our homepage - bottom left hand corner of the page) at the time the problem is occuring so that we may troubleshoot the problem and determine why your site is down.  If you wait or if the problem resolves before we can troubleshoot the issue, it is almost impossible to know why your site was down and all we can offer is a best guess.

感觉对bluehost开始有点失望,尽管我提到的问题可能不是很全面,故障也不是一直持续,但是最起码的,我提到了负载过高,他们完全无视了。

负载的问题,服务器会自动检测,一般不需要人工去干涉,如果服务器上某个账户占用资源太多,系统会自动挂起这个账户。并且,如果服务器负载达到一定的限度,他们服务器管理员会维护,这个你跟他们客服讲 也没什么多大意义,

已经提交了四次了,最重要是最近一个星期,出现好多次了,并且有一次持续了大半个小时,网站完全就没法打开了。

你网站访问量多大?可能是你自己网站超资源了

我有这种情况 ,在线客客服说 线路那边有点故障 正在修复中,第二天好点 。。。  他们的在线服务有点慢 需要等待 基本上能解决问题,

线路问题,跟主机商没多大关系,主机商客服也无能为力

访问量根本就不大,我一个月流量也才10几G,光是我自己备份就用掉好几G了,今天又是这样,看来要准备换主机了,受不了了。最主要的流量就是一个论坛,平常在线也不过二三十个人,其他的根本就没什么流量,也没有什么像采集程序之类占用资源的程序。

呵呵 或许是碰到的主机上有不少资源占用很高的网站
