This may be because the payment type we have on file for you is no longer valid, or if your account is using a credit card it may be expired or is no longer active.
We attempt this charge 14 days prior to the renewal date, to avoid disruption to your service. This ensures that if there is an error processing the payment and should you like to keep the account, we have 2 weeks to modify or update your payment information.
